Refund and Returns Policy

Our products are made-to-order, therefore, we don’t offer refunds. We also have a very limited window to alter or cancel an order after it has been placed. An order may be cancelled within 4 hours after it has been submitted . Once that 4 hour window has elapsed and processing commences, we’ll be unable to cancel the order.

We are unable to accept returns after delivery. However, if items are damaged in transit, we’ll request photographic evidence of the damage, and in some cases may request a return for further investigation. In these situations we will issue instructions to the customer as to the required course of action, and we’ll then gladly send a free replacement. For matters regarding items damaged in transit, we require customers to contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

If your order has not been delivered within 20 days, please send us a message via our contact page so we can investigate the shipment status.

If for any reason you have not received your order, please get in touch and we will investigate the situation with urgency.

In the rare circumstance that a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
